2.  Active Thinking - Creativity, Innovation and Change


Creative, innovative thinking is what keeps organisations at the leading edge. How to access the creativity that already exists in organisations is examined in this module.
Application of techniques that unlock new ideas are introduced along with consideration of the contextual and cultural limitations on application of creative thinking.  Provides practical and proven mechanisms for harnessing the ideas of team members. Reframing of mindsets to create the environment for creativity and innovation is explored.

and organisational success – gain insight into the subject and discover the implications of
